If you are under another scheme such as insurance then our service can also be used as an accredited provider.

Hospital2Home package:

When you have been in hospital you may need some short term assistance to get organised or until you regain your strength. We have a Hospital2home package or you can book per hour.  You may want some shopping done, a quick tidy of the house, rubbish put out or some prescriptions picked up.

How do I get started?

If wanting to organise or discuss your needs directly please contact our Customer Service team who can provide the information and quotes for your particular needs.

If you think you may be eligible for support:

  • If over 65 years  or over ATSI and over 50 years contact My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 and register, then they will organise for an assessment by the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) or the Regional Assessment Service (RAS).  You can then request which organisation you would like to work with you.
  • Veterans need to contact the DVA number  1300 550 450 to arrange for an assessment first. If already eligible you can request for our service to work with you.
  • In under 65 years and have a permanent disability contact the NDIS 1800 800 110 or visit NDIA website

How much does it cost?
