Yes. We roster staff seven days a week, and most days they work from 7am up to 10pm. Overnight shifts can also be arranged.

Yes. Clarence Care + Support can be a financial intermediary and plan manager. If this is included in your plan then it will be claimed on your behalf.
If you have support co-ordination in your plan we can get a staff member to work with you to get your plan up and going.
The Commonwealth government funds the National Disability Insurance Scheme to cover reasonable and necessary costs for those who have a permanent disability. There are a number of other services such as employment, mental health, headspace, community health, education, legal services, ATSI specialist services that may also benefit you depending on your circumstances.
The NDIS has an early intervention program for children. If you are under 65 years you can apply for a NDIS plan and this plan can then stay with you as you age. If over the age of 65 years and applying for services you must be assessed under the aged care programs.
This will depend on your situation. There is an option to appeal any decision made by the NDIS and you may wish to discuss this with the Local Area Planner or an advocacy service.

If you are NDIA plan managed then yes you must use registered providers.
If your plan is through a financial intermediary or plan manager then there is a choice.
If you self manage then you can choose any provider.

Under the NDIS there are no fees charged to the customer. We use the NDIA portal to book services and you can see all of this as it is your plan on the portal. We then claim directly with the NDIA when services are completed.
If you have a plan manager then Care + Support will invoice them directly after services are completed at the price in the service agreement and quote.
If you self manage then we will invoice you directly after services are completed at the price in the service agreement and quote.

The Green Room Community program provides learning opportunities through social experiences such as friendships, volunteer work and active participation in the local community.
