We provide nutritionally balanced meals delivered to your door or you can purchase from our outlets at Yamba, Maclean or Grafton.   

Clarence Meals is a provider of meals for:

  • Meals on Wheels eligible customers
  • People with a NDIS plan
  • Home Care package customers
  • The general public

We provide nutritionally balanced, cooked meals delivered to your door or you can purchase from our outlets at Yamba, Maclean or Grafton.   

  • Special diets are catered for and include: gluten free, low fat, pureed and blended. 
  • Meals are frozen so you can have them available when needed. 
  • Mini meals are  for those who only require small servings.   
  • We offer soups, main meals and desserts in our range
  • Vegetarian options are available

Who can order with Clarence Meals?

Our Meals on Wheels section caters for frail older people who require support with their nutrition and ability to follow any special dietary requirements. This can be for short periods when you return from hospital, you need a boost or just need a bit of extra support.  Some people prefer long term meal service and the amount of meals ordered is up to you.

Clarence Care + Support is NDIS registered and available under your NDIS plan

If you have Home Care Package already you can use your package with the purchase of the meals.

Public Sales are available from Maclean, Yamba and Grafton or use our online order form. This is for the benefit of busy people or a change from the usual. If you are on diet this will work for you as you have a wide choice and all meals are nutritionally balanced.

Are you eligible for our Meals on Wheels program?

The Meals on Wheels program is right for you if you are:

Over the age of 65 years or 50 years and older for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people and require assistance in the home. Meals are delivered free by volunteers for all Meals on Wheels customers and a coordinator will keep in contact with you regularly. Our Customer Service Team can assist with registering with My Aged Care.

Clarence Care + Support has a range of services available from basic to higher care needs.

Domestic help around the home

There are times when you may need help in the home. This could be short term - say after a hospital stay or longer term due to an injury or an ongoing illness.

Lawn and garden maintenance

There are times when you may need help around the home. Most of us are proud of our gardens however it can become more difficult to do look after them as we age or as our health might change. Even an accident or injury can mean we need some assistance for a while.


Nurses are multi skilled and have a range of qualifications to assist you with your health needs. We have registered and enrolled nurses at Care + Support.

Personal Care

There are many reasons why personal care assistance is important for your wellbeing.  Personal care includes bathing, dressing, putting on medical stockings, makeup and hair, medical aids or treatment.

Private Services

There are times when you may need some extra help or wish to purchase your services privately or as a self managed customer. Whether short or long term we have a range of services that may assist.

Support on holidays

Clarence Care + Support covers the towns of Yamba, Iluka, Grafton and Maclean along with the many villages in the wonderful Clarence Valley with pristine beaches, great surfing, fishing, national parks, thriving café scene, accessible accommodation, history and markets galore.


Whether you need to get to a medical appointment, do some shopping and pay bills or join a group outing, being able to access your community is important.
