Clarence Care + Support covers the towns of Yamba, Iluka, Grafton and Maclean along with the many villages in the wonderful Clarence Valley with pristine beaches, great surfing, fishing, national parks, thriving café scene, accessible accommodation, history and markets galore.
If you are looking to be holidaying in our area and looking for support, we have fully trained staff in a range of skills. Our staff have current Police Checks, First Aid Certificates and Working with Children Checks. There is a range of specially trained staff for specific needs such as PEG feeding, dementia care, manual handling and specialised staff for people with a disability.
Our staff know some of the best things to do in the Clarence Valley. They have worked with people holidaying at various locations including Yamba, Angourie, Grafton, Maclean and Wooli. We have assisted people on holidays for their personal care, meals, activities, specialised transport and medication assistance.

You may have your own plan to use for your supports or wish to purchase privately. Please give us a call so we can discuss and arrange a quote. Care + Support is a registered NDIS service provider so can charge under your plan if approved. We will be pleased to provide further details and information, obligation free.

Clarence Meals
We provide nutritionally balanced meals delivered to your door or you can purchase from our outlets at Yamba, Maclean or Grafton.
Domestic help around the home
There are times when you may need help in the home. This could be short term - say after a hospital stay or longer term due to an injury or an ongoing illness.
Lawn and garden maintenance
There are times when you may need help around the home. Most of us are proud of our gardens however it can become more difficult to do look after them as we age or as our health might change. Even an accident or injury can mean we need some assistance for a while.
Nursing
Nurses are multi skilled and have a range of qualifications to assist you with your health needs. We have registered and enrolled nurses at Care + Support.
Personal Care
There are many reasons why personal care assistance is important for your wellbeing. Personal care includes bathing, dressing, putting on medical stockings, makeup and hair, medical aids or treatment.
Private Services
There are times when you may need some extra help or wish to purchase your services privately or as a self managed customer. Whether short or long term we have a range of services that may assist.
Transport
Whether you need to get to a medical appointment, do some shopping and pay bills or join a group outing, being able to access your community is important.
