Nurses are multi skilled and have a range of qualifications to assist you with your health needs. We have registered and enrolled nurses at Care + Support.
You may need to have an assessment completed for funding applications, assistance with wound care or injections or education on how to manage your condition.
If you have a Home Care Package then the cost of the nursing service can be charged to your package. This is particularly helpful when you or your family member have a chronic illness and need support with their care. Dementia assessments can also be completed by this team.
If you have a NDIS Package you may also have nursing in your plan. We are a Registered NDIS provider so can assist with nursing support if required.

To be eligible for a Home Care Package, you must first contact My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 and register, then be assessed by the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT). Once you have received your approval, we will work with you to develop a package of services to meet your needs and goals. You will also receive a budget monthly showing the cost of services.
