Looking for care+support?



Whether you need to get to a medical appointment, do some shopping and pay bills or join a group outing, being able to access your community is important.

Whilst Care + Support is not a transport company we do provide some transport and can assist to find out if transport is available in your funding. We have wheelchair accessible vehicles based in Maclean and Grafton.

How do I get started?

If you have a Home Care Package or NDIS plan  call our Customer Service Team directly as transport may be funded through these packages to meet your goals.

If over 65 years  or ATSI and over 50 years, contact My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 and register, then they will organise for an assessment by the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) or the Regional Assessment Service (RAS).  You can then request which organisation you would like to work with you. If you only require transport they will be able to able to assist.

Veterans need to contact the DVA 1300 550 450 to arrange for an assessment first. If already eligible you can request for our service to work with you.

To discuss your needs contact our Customer Service team who can provide the information and quotes tailored to you.

How much does it cost?

Costs vary according to your plan.  Contact us for assistance or more information. 

- If a Veteran you will pay the DVA co-payment set rate.

- If on a NDIS plan then the full fee is costed to your plan.

- If eligible under My Aged Care a subsidised fee is charged.

- If a private customer please see our Fees and Charges.

Clarence Care + Support has a range of services available from basic to higher care needs.

Clarence Meals

We provide nutritionally balanced meals delivered to your door or you can purchase from our outlets at Yamba, Maclean or Grafton.   

Domestic help around the home

There are times when you may need help in the home. This could be short term - say after a hospital stay or longer term due to an injury or an ongoing illness.

Lawn and garden maintenance

There are times when you may need help around the home. Most of us are proud of our gardens however it can become more difficult to do look after them as we age or as our health might change. Even an accident or injury can mean we need some assistance for a while.


Nurses are multi skilled and have a range of qualifications to assist you with your health needs. We have registered and enrolled nurses at Care + Support.

Personal Care

There are many reasons why personal care assistance is important for your wellbeing.  Personal care includes bathing, dressing, putting on medical stockings, makeup and hair, medical aids or treatment.

Private Services

There are times when you may need some extra help or wish to purchase your services privately or as a self managed customer. Whether short or long term we have a range of services that may assist.

Support on holidays

Clarence Care + Support covers the towns of Yamba, Iluka, Grafton and Maclean along with the many villages in the wonderful Clarence Valley with pristine beaches, great surfing, fishing, national parks, thriving café scene, accessible accommodation, history and markets galore.
